Effective date: June 22, 2026 | Website: https://digitallykeigh.com | Business email: keigh@digitallykeigh.com | Governing jurisdiction: South Carolina

Information Collected

Digitally, Keigh collects information you voluntarily submit through the website, such as your name, email address, business, brand, or project name, website URL, project type, selected package, budget range, preferred timeline, and project notes. This website does not ask for payment-card numbers, CVVs, banking login details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive financial identity information.

Contact and Inquiry Forms

Information submitted through contact or inquiry forms is used to review your request, respond to your message, prepare project recommendations, estimate scope, confirm availability, and communicate about potential or active services.

Email Marketing

If you join the email list, your email address may be sent to Hostinger Reach and used to send marketing updates, service announcements, availability notes, and related communications from Digitally, Keigh. You can unsubscribe or update your email preferences using the unsubscribe option provided in marketing emails, when available, or by contacting keigh@digitallykeigh.com.

Cookies and Analytics

This website does not currently use a custom analytics tool or advertising cookies. The site may load third-party resources, such as Google Fonts or embedded concept previews, which may be governed by those providers' own policies. If analytics, advertising pixels, or additional cookie-based tools are added later, this policy should be updated before or when those tools are used.

How Information May Be Used

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, provide web design and creative consulting services, send project updates, create quotes or invoices, maintain business records, improve website performance, and meet business or legal obligations. Digitally, Keigh may also use project information to understand requested services, plan timelines, and document agreed scope.

Third-Party Services

Digitally, Keigh may use third-party services for hosting, email delivery, newsletter subscriptions, payment processing, scheduling, file sharing, project communication, or embedded concept previews. Current newsletter subscriptions may be handled through Hostinger Reach, and payment processing is handled through Stripe-hosted invoices and payment pages. Third-party services have their own privacy policies and terms.

Data Security

Digitally, Keigh uses reasonable administrative and technical practices intended to protect submitted information, such as server-side form validation, private configuration files for credentials, and secure third-party payment pages. No website or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so clients should avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, banking credentials, or highly sensitive personal information through the contact form or email.

Intellectual Property

Client-provided content remains the client's responsibility. Clients are responsible for the rights to names, copy, photographs, existing logos, brand assets, and other supplied materials.

Design concepts, drafts, source files, written materials, brand identity concepts, logo options, and website assets may not be reused, copied, or transferred outside the agreed project terms unless permission is given in writing. Final approved files are released after required payment is received. Editable source files are included only when stated in the selected package, quote, or client agreement.

Trademark searches, legal clearance, trademark registration, printing, and physical production are not included unless agreed separately in writing.

Payments and Deposits

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to begin a project. The remaining balance is due before launch, website transfer, or final file delivery unless a different written agreement is in place.

Clients receive individual Stripe-hosted invoice links by email when payment is due. Payment-card information is entered on Stripe's hosted payment pages, not on this website. Digitally, Keigh does not collect, store, or process full card numbers, CVVs, or banking login details through this website.

Project Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after work begins, completed work, scheduled time, and any outstanding balance may still be owed according to the project agreement. Deposits are nonrefundable.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, approved content, images, logins, brand assets, current brand materials, and any materials needed to complete the project. Delays in client materials or feedback may affect the timeline.

Revisions

Each package includes only the number of revision rounds listed in the package details or client agreement. A revision round means one consolidated set of feedback submitted at one time.

Additional revisions beyond the included amount are billed separately. Additional logo concepts, new creative directions, major changes in direction, new pages, new features, new content, or changes outside the original scope are not considered standard revisions and may require a separate quote.

Additional work must be approved before it is completed. Additional fees may require a new invoice or updated project agreement. Delayed client feedback may affect the project timeline.

Website Launch and Ownership

Once final payment is received, approved website files, configured pages, brand files, or agreed deliverables may be launched, delivered, or transferred. Clients are responsible for ongoing hosting, domains, third-party subscriptions, font licenses, stock asset licenses, printing, production, and maintenance unless a separate agreement is made.

Limitation of Liability

Digitally, Keigh is not responsible for indirect damages, lost revenue, third-party service outages, platform changes, hosting issues, security issues caused by client-managed accounts, or results not expressly guaranteed in writing.

Data Retention

Inquiry, project, invoice, and email subscription information may be retained for reasonable business, communication, recordkeeping, tax, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted or archived. You may contact Digitally, Keigh to ask about your information or request updates where applicable.

Email Communication

By submitting an inquiry, starting a project, joining the newsletter, or contacting Digitally, Keigh, you agree that Digitally, Keigh may respond by email about your inquiry, project, invoice, service updates, or email subscription. Marketing emails are separate from project or transactional messages.

Governing Law

These website policies and service terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina, unless a signed client agreement states otherwise. Any disputes should first be addressed in good faith by contacting Digitally, Keigh at keigh@digitallykeigh.com.

Policy Updates
